Pure-polymer polyurethane systems carrying ETAG 005 W3 (25-year design working life) and BBA Agrément, finished with an aliphatic SRI 100+ top coat that doesn't yellow. Cold-applied, solvent-free, fleece-reinforced, engineered for UAE rooftop conditions.

For a typical 300 sqm villa, on-site work takes 4–6 days from prep to final SRI top coat. Each layer needs cure time before the next, so we sequence carefully, rushing is the #1 cause of premature failure in cheaper installs.
Yes, work is entirely on the roof, using low-odour materials. Your family stays in the villa. We coordinate AC outdoor units around the work zone so your cooling never goes offline.
Pure polyurethane (not hybrid or acrylic-modified), ETAG 005 W3 + BBA Agrément certification, fleece-reinforced at every critical zone, and an aliphatic SRI 100+ top coat that doesn't yellow. The standard market alternative is a thin acrylic top coat painted over a failed cement-and-bitumen combo system; that approach has no reinforcement, no European certification, and typically fails again within 4–6 summers. Our system has a 25-year design life with a 10-year written warranty.
A written, signed warranty covering both materials and workmanship. Any leak traced to the membrane is repaired at no cost, including the removal and re-finish of the affected zone.
In most cases, yes, after a thorough survey. If the existing membrane is salvageable we prep and overlay; if it's compromised, we strip first. We tell you which one before the quote, in writing.
